The next seminar in the 2009 BBC series is “The Art of Throwing”.

This will be Grandmaster Geoff's first seminar since the ITS/World Tour (he gets back the day before) and Grandmaster Geoff's first seminar in Australia since his promotion to 8th degree!

This seminar will cover 30+ non-syllabus throws, great exposure to throwing for junior belts who would otherwise have to wait for Green Belt, awesome for senior belts to learn new throws and no doubt will help with syllabus throws and 30+ variations for Black Belts!

When: Saturday 23 May 2009 at 1:30pm (after midday class)
Cost: Free for BBC, $35 for non-members

At the last BBC seminar Grandmaster Geoff said that he would be doing one throw without using his arms or his legs - can't wait to see this one!
