A reminder that tonight is Seniors Class at Moorebank for all GREEN belts and above!!
There are only 3 Wednesday Seniors Classes left for 2008!
These classes are always a great deal of fun - lots of sweat, energy and opportunity to work on Senior Belt techniques including throws and multiple grabs!
Let's make sure we show how much we enjoy and appreciate these classes by attending... like all good things, they are hard to gain but easy to lose!
