BBC Seminar, Street fighting for beginners

Hi all, I know the BBC seminar was 2 weeks ago but it was sooooo awesome I really have to share my thoughts. Master Booth showed us that the simple things are sometimes the most effective, like putting your palm in a persons face will totally throw them off and make it difficult for them to throw a punch, how, if you Ki Up in someones face with the right intent it can basically make the person jump and for that instant they are disarmed and you can act. As always the seminar was fantastic and we learnt a lot of things that you don't get in normal classes.

Can't wait for 2009 and all the extra BBC seminars that are scheduled, 8 so far.
