Invite to Gymnastics class at Cronulla Wed 5/11/2008

Hi All,

Here is a last minute invite to any of the Sydney guys for a Gymnastics class that will be held at the Cronulla Dojang on Wednesday the 5th of November. This is a pure Gym class and will be taught by an accomplished gymnast. Gymnasts use a lot of the same muscle groups that we do, and are experts at developing spatial awareness (some great skills for anyone mastering turning side falls)

Starts at 7:00
Gym for 1.5hrs (then a quick session of multiple grabs)
