Dropbox difficulties on iphone

Greetings fellow hapkidoists and Sirs/Ma’ams,
Can anyone help me? I want to use Dropbox to post videos of my techniques to Grand Master Geoff for him to review and give me feedback. I’m using a recent model iPhone and I don’t know how to use the Dropbox app to post my videos to Grand Master. Anyone who can advise me how use Dropbox on the iPhone app would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
