SUPER SATURDAYS

Last Saturday was the first of the new super Saturday's. With the temp at 33 degrees and the relative humidity at 96 percent there was a lot of sweating going on. Where ever you looked sweat was pouring off everyones face,and the energy on the floor was great . Just the thing I needed before all that festive season pigging out. Thanks master Geoff for a great class and i can't wait for next saturdays class... Hope to see more people there next Saturday......
