Postby Judy Coleman » Tue Aug 30, 2005 7:22 am

1. a woman from new york married 10 different men from that city, yet-she did not break any laws. none of these men died, and; she never divorced. how is this possible?

2. a child is born in boston, massachusetts to parents who were born in boston, mass. the child is not a US citizen. how is this possible?

A man is locked in a cell with 10ft high walls, no door and no window, with nothing but a chair in his cell. He escapes. How?

what happens twice in a Moment once a time and never in a thousand years:

the letter M. There are two letter m's in moment, one in time, and none in a thousand years.

Also the answer Eero gave for the escaping one is wrong.

Wait a minute how he can even get into cell if there is no door or window so he has to be out from there before he was even there.

I liked this one. I learnt a similar version, but I'm not sure if it's the correct answer. Anyway...

He breaks the chair in half. Two halves make a whole (hole). He goes through the hole and escapes.

Hope that's correct :S
